If a package is returned to me because I have been given a wrong or non working address you are responsible for any reshipping fees & I cannot send a refund for the items. Please check the address carefully!! ***********

ESTIMATE SHIPPING TIMES:

US BUYERS
Depending on your location, shipping usually takes 3 to 5 days after I ship (which will be 3 to 5 business days from your purchase date)

CANADIAN BUYERS!
It can take 2 to 5 weeks or more, for your package to reach you from the United States! This is due to the amount of time the post office leaves the packages in customs.
If you need your items sooner, let me know and I can quote you for priority or express shipping!

BUYERS IN THE REST OF THE WORLD!
Usually your package will take 1 1/2 to 5 weeks to reach you. Sometimes a little longer if it is left in customs. (which I have no control of!)

Refunds and Exchanges

Items are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable!
EXCEPT If for some reason the item/items arrive damaged. Then I will need to see a photo within 1 to 2 days to determine if a refund or exchange can be done.

If for some reason a refund or exchange does happens I will need the item/items shipped back to me to find that they are unworn, undamaged, and in condition to resell before any sort of refund or exchange is issued. You will be responsible for any shipping fees.

I CANNOT send a refund if the package comes back to me because I have been given a wrong or non working address.
It is your responsibility to give me a correct address & keep in mind any other company online would not reship a package for free.
If this is the case you will be responsible for any reshipping fees. So please, please check the address carefully

Additional Policies and FAQs

I can do custom orders but my polices are as following:

• Payments for the order must be received before production starts.

• After putting together a custom order I can send ONE photo for you to view and make any changes. Your item will be shipped after that.

• NO REFUNDS on custom items

• I will need at least 1 week or more to compete the item after payment. This all depends on how busy I am at that time and if I have to order supplies. You will be quoted a time frame.

So when ordering something custom please send me a good description of what you want including some photos of colors, material, size etc. (Photos can be attached to messages)
That way all I need to do is put it together and send you that 1 photo!

I can also do custom human hair pieces with hair that you can send me:)
